Anthony Centeno, not only teaches music, but he is also an active performing musician that has performed at various popular venues throughout Southern California, such as BB King’s, House of Blues, and the Barclay Theatre. He has also composed music for independent films that have toured the film festival circuit.

In addition, Centeno has studied acting under the guidance of accomplished Latin actor Tony Plana (Resurrection Blvd, Goal, Ugly Betty).

Centeno obtained his AA in Music from Cerritos College, where he was the recipient of the Scott Henderson Memorial Concert Award. He is a member of Mu Phi Epsilon (professional music fraternity) and holds a double Bachelor of Arts in Music and Theatre from Cal State Dominguez Hills, where he received honors in music performance.
