Brianna Sandoval

angiesanon.jpg

Brianna participated in her first Camp MusArt production of Guys and Dolls at the tender age of eight. More than ten years later, she is happy to return as an Administrative Assistant for LAMusArt. Brianna aligns passionately with the school’s mission of providing affordable access to arts education for the East Los Angeles community. It has been a joy to witness the evolution of LAMusArt’s programs and how they’ve successfully impacted students’ creative ventures, including her own.

Brianna has always been an artist at heart- performing in theatrical productions and student films, busking on the streets of Santa Monica singing her originals and covers, and more recently, transitioning into pursuing her writing career. As a professional playwright, Brianna was given the opportunity to produce her original musical for the 2022 Frida Kahlo Festival. Her work will also be presented in the upcoming 2022 CCC Festival at Casa 0101. Because of her love for creative writing, she can’t wait to see what the students create for the LAMusArt Playmaking Program!

Brianna graduated from California State University, Los Angeles with a degree in Organizational Communication and a minor in Theatre.
