Camille Jasensky is an active performer of classical and musical theater repertoire, a voice and piano teacher, and an advocate for the arts. Camille was a Young Artist with DACAMERA Chamber Music and Jazz in Houston, TX where she performed chamber concerts, new music premiers, and K-12 outreach regularly throughout the city in venues such as the Museum of Fine Arts, the Menil Collection, and the Wortham Center. Camille has performed as a soloist with Opera Colorado, Yakima Symphony in Washington, the University of Denver’s Lamont School of Music, Ignite Theater in Denver, CO, Houston Masterworks Chorus, the Evans Choir in Denver, Fresno Grand Opera, and Townsend Opera. In addition, she has further trained at Leipzig University, the International Vocal Arts Institute in New York City, and the CoOPERAtive training program. She is a recent graduate from Rice University’s Shepherd School of Music where she earned her Master’s of Music in Vocal Performance and also holds a Bachelor’s of Music from The Lamont School of Music at the University of Denver.
