Jasmine Ako

Jasmine Ako is the Program Director, Education Recovery Fund at GPSN, an education grantmaking nonprofit focused on ensuring every student in Los Angeles receives a quality public education. At GPSN, she is leading a cross-sector, collaborative philanthropic effort to support students and families in LA most impacted by the pandemic. Prior to joining GPSN, she was a management consultant at EY-Parthenon working on corporate strategy projects across a diverse range of industries, and previously led regional operations at Green Dot Public Schools, a leading charter school network in Los Angeles. She began her career as a Financial Analyst in Wells Fargo's Education and Nonprofit Banking Group.

Jasmine was the Founding Chair of the LAMusArt Young Professionals Advisory Board and is thrilled to continue serving the LAMusArt community on its Board of Directors. Jasmine received her MBA from Yale School of Management and is also a proud Trojan with a B.S. from the University of Southern California.
