Nine-year-old Kassandra R.U. has quickly become one of the busiest and brightest young artists on our campus. Since joining LAMusArt in March 2024, she’s explored ballet, art, singing, and strings with a curiosity that has taken her through all disciplines in our school. LAMusArt transformed into the Bolshoi Theatre on December 6th as it welcomed its Ballet and Early Childhood students and their families to Land of Sweets: Tiny Tunes & Dancing Delights. LAMusArt's Teaching Artists Take the Stage
James Hober, Ben Zurier, and Juan Gamez perform as a supergroup. On Saturday, November 15th, Los Angeles Music and Art School hosted its very own Teaching Artist Showcase in which teachers took turns showcasing their talent in the ballet room. Despite the rain, guests enjoyed an evening of varying musical talents, ranging from vocalists to pianists and even a trio. The night began with our Programs Manager, Marlene Grajeda, greeting the audience as the Emcee for the occasion.
