In 1980, Bridget graduated from the University of Missouri, Kansas City with a Bachelor of Music in Guitar Composition. She furthered her education by studying composition with Morton Lauridsen at the University of Southern California from 1981 to 1983. From 1986 to 1988, she studied composition and ethnomusicology at a graduate level at the University of California, Los Angeles.

Bridget’s educational experience is enhanced with 25 years of teaching experience. This gives her the needed knowledge of offer guitar lessons to students of all ages as well as tutor students in music theory. In addition to teaching, Bridget is a member of the recently formed guitar ensemble “Palm Trio.” Currently, she is producing a new CD for solo guitar and ensemble.
