Melina Adragna

Melina Summer Adragna is a native Los Angeles dramatic soprano. She received her degree in vocal performance at the Bob Cole Conservatory of Music at CSULB. She began pursuing her singing career about seven years ago at Pasadena City College. Since then, she has worked with voice teachers such as Katherine Rundus, Donald Brinegar, and Suzan Hanson. Melina currently sings with the Donald Brinegar Singers.

Not only has Melina put on several solo recitals, she has also performed in duo recitals alongside her soprano twin sister Madeleine Adragna.

Melina has performed roles such as Mother Marie from "Dialogues of the Carmelites" and the Countess from "Le Nozze di Figaro". She has also sung scenes from operas such as Le Nozze di Figaro, Madame Butterfly, Les PĂȘcheurs De Perles, Die Zauberflöte, and Don Giovanni.

Her other pursuits include spending time with her puppy, training in Muay Thai, traveling, and being generally being involved with her community.

Melina is thankful for her family, friends, teachers and those who continue to support her in her musical career.
