Frances “Frankie” Rubio
Frances “Frankie” Rubio is the West Coast Multicultural Marketing Analytics Lead at GroupM, a media agency under WPP. In this role, she helps develop cultural marketing strategies for clients using market research and analytics. Prior to GroupM, she was a Supervisor of Data Science and Insights at iCrossing and an Analytics Manager at Federated Media. She currently holds an M.S. from Columbia University and a B.A. in Political Science and Communication from the University of California, San Diego. As a youngster, Frankie played second chair flute in the wind ensemble, was inducted as a member of the International Thespian Society, organized concert festivals in college, and wrote for a music blog in New York.
